Went with wife on Valentines evening.Got a house salad that had watered down ranch dressing.We asked for salt and pepper to help w/ the taste cuz there was none on the table.We finally got the salt and pepper after we asked the 3rd person. They brought us a basket of bread.Under the big white napkin was 4 very small pieces of bread w/ butter.We asked for more bread when our meals came.We asked a 2nd and 3rd time with no bread.We just gave up. This was @ 630 and they were not that busy or full. Employees were very friendly but something needs to change. We were not impressed at all.

Went to Buttita's for dinner with 12 people on April 17, 2010. This restaurant needs to work on customer service. Even knowing their were long delays, management didn't check on/with the customers. They couldn't keep up with the numbers for U of I Mom's weekend. It was 2-1/2 hours before our food arrived. Filet Mignons were all over cooked, the seafood pasta was really scare of seafood, they ran out of salmon and sea bass. All in all, an expensive and disappointing dinner experience.
